Having Aya as my realtor was the best thing that happened to me. I made her travel so much for all Bergen county and even Morris town once but she was always helpful.. I love her commitment with her clients. She treated me like she was finding a house for herself. She connected me with everyone on her team and refer people she only work for her own stuff. She treated me like family and my 3 kids and I are so grateful that she found us are dream and forever home.. she is part of my family. This is my fourth time working with a real state agent and if I ever need und again, no doubt I’m calling Aya. I can't say enough good things about our real estate agent. She was patient, supportive, and always had our best interests at heart. She never pressured us to make a decision and even advised us NOT to put an offer on a house that we loved but had an issue with its foundation (something I would never have noticed). She noticed and pointed us to minor leaks, cracks, etc.. and other important things that I usually don’t notice in a house. She fought for us to get the best deal on the home we ultimately chose, and her team of lawyers and lenders made the process a breeze.
