Axel Colon

They were professional in all aspects I will continue keeping on my side

Axel’s willingness to help, communication and expertise, help me and my Fiancé find out a place we can call home. Without Axel, our home buying journey would have been much more difficult.

Axel was pleasant to work with, responsive, and helpful throughout the listing process. He communicated promptly, provided useful advice, and helped us think through pricing and the steps needed to prepare the property for sale. What stood out was his collaborative approach. He worked well with everyone involved and helped bring the parties together so the transaction could move forward smoothly. The sale process was quick, and I appreciated his guidance and professionalism from listing through contract.

Axel is the best realtor mentor companion in our home buying journey !! He was there from start to finish and still here for us when we need him after closing ! He always talked to us about everything and kept us posted on everything along the way to explain in terms that helped us understand the new home buying language lol. Literally axel is awesome and glad we went with him. You will not regret choosing him if you are in the market we weren’t trying to buy right now because of the market and axel assured there is no reason not to buy the house we went with everything flowed smoothly as possible. Thanks axel !!

If you're looking for a realtor who truly puts their clients first, I highly recommend Axel. They went above and beyond throughout the entire home-buying process and did everything they could to make sure I found the right home. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and they took the time to explain every step in a way that was easy to understand. Their communication was excellent—they kept me informed, responded quickly, and made sure I always knew what to expect. Their patience, knowledge, and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. I truly felt supported from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially first-time homebuyers!
