Aviva was a wonderful agent to work with! I am a real estate agent myself in NC but I am not part of the Asheville MLS so I hired Aviva to sell my house for me. She was extremely responsive and helped resolve all issues. I live out of town so Aviva handled this transaction for me like I would have if I were selling it myself. She made recommendations to speed up the sell and make the house more marketable, even found someone to move a couple pieces of left behind furniture. She is very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the Asheville area. I highly recommend her!
