I cannot express our gratitude for Avery throughout this entire home buying process. As a young couple looking for our first house, the process itself is incredibly intimidating and anxiety-ridden. There are nearly infinite things to consider when looking that without the proper guidance, it feels like you’re in a free fall throughout it. Without Avery, all of this would have been true. Her ability to communicate complex situations so clearly and give us sound advice on each property we looked at was invaluable. Her composure and patience after we had been out bid a many times kept us going. Her knowledge of house integrity set us up for success to ensure we were bidding on a property that met our needs and what we could anticipate to look at if we needed to renovate. All of this led us down to our purchase of our first home. Even in this, there were bumps in the road, but she kept her ears open and when the time was right, we were able to work with her and the sellers to make it happen. I cannot recommend Avery enough. I’ve already shared with my friends and family that if they’re looking for property in CT, that she’s the go to. She truly is like no one else.

Avery was an excellent partner in our search for a new home. We were coming in from out of state, and she spoke with us on the phone several times before we arrived to understand our needs. She did all the leg work to set up our day of house viewings for when we got in to town. Avery knows the New Haven market and knew exactly how to help us craft an offer that was accepted. Even after we had a contract, she was very proactive, putting us in touch with all the different professionals we needed throughout the house buying process (not to mention restaurant recommendations!).
