Ava helped the reviewer sell this property

Best Chinese Real Estate Agent in Orange County

We had a great experience working with Ava Huang to sell our home at 6 Via Menta in Rancho Santa Margarita. Ava was very hands-on throughout the entire process. Before putting the home on the market, she helped us decide which improvements were worth making and coordinated the contractors, repairs, staging, and all the other details needed to get the property ready for sale. She paid close attention to every detail and made the whole process much easier and less stressful for us. Once the home was on the market, Ava kept us updated on showings, buyer feedback, offers, and market activity. She was always responsive and knowledgeable, and she took the time to explain our options so we could make informed decisions along the way. It was a challenging market, but Ava stayed proactive and worked hard to get our home sold. She handled the negotiations carefully and guided us through every step of the transaction all the way to closing. We really appreciated Ava’s dedication, professionalism, and personal attention throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and hardworking real estate agent in Orange County.
