We are very grateful to a friend of ours who recommended Ava Huang to us. Ava first helped us bought a beautiful property, then listed it and rented it out for us, both very pleasant experiences for us. Ava is very knowledgeable and experienced about real estate, and her judgement is very reliable. When showing us prospective properties, she always gives us honest and objective opinions, about what needs to be changed/remodeled, the potential cost, etc. In the end, she found us a very nice property which could be listed for renting the day after closing. She is very hard-working, always delivers what she promises, and helps us in every way she possibly can. She squeezes time out of her busy schedule to do open houses, and got a great tenant moving into the property on the fourth day! Truly amazing! We will do more real estate business by Ava, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone needing an agent in Irvine CA.

Ava provided the best service of any real estate agent I have ever worked with. She was quick to respond to all my questions and kept me informed during the entire process. After the close of the sale she even connected me to some trusted contractors to help with my remodel.

Ava is a fantastic real estate agent! I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house. She clearly loves what she does and very important for me, she answers or returns my calls quickly. If there are issues in the transaction she solves them quickly to keep the process going. She is very knowledgeable on current market conditions and the details of the real estate transaction. She referred me to great contacts of her's to arrange a home loan, home insurance, inspections, and lots more. They all love working with her! I now have a great, ocean view home in Laguna Beach thanks to Ava!

Ava Huang is an excellent agent to work with. She is bilingual in Mandarin and was able to help my Mandarin speaking mother sell her home of 30+ years. Ava recognized areas in the home that needed improvement before putting it on the market, and was able to execute a construction plan in just a couple of weeks. The house looked beautiful after the quick remodel, and because of it, we had many interested buyers and offers. In the end, we were able to accept an offer that was beyond our expectations. We are thankful for Ava's hard work and highly recommend her to anyone in search of an agent in Orange County.

I think Ava is really nice and very responsible, she helped us a lot during our home purchase, and gave us detailed inform about each visit. She is very professional, and would help us to get the reasonable price. She also kept us informed and on track of the loan part well. We really feel luck to have Ava as our agent. Highly recommend!

Ava goes above and beyond what you expect from a realtor. Thanks to Ava we were able to sell our house in Irvine over the listing price with multiple offers within a week. Ava is knowledgeable and gave us the best advice on how to price and sell our house fast. We have many great choices for local realtors, but my husband wanted to pick someone who did not have listing in our neighborhood at that time, so I did some research and found Ava and called her for an interview. She was very punctual and brought a printout of the data to support her market analysis. Ava’s reference told me how amazed he was when he saw how his house transformed and sold in one day. He advised me to just let Ava do her thing and he was RIGHT! Ava was very responsive, hardworking, and efficient. She worked with a great team of caring, talented photographers, stagers, handymen, and any service needed to get our house prepped and sold. She and everyone from her team was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end. We are so grateful to have Ava and her team involved in our house selling experience, and we highly recommend her as a real estate agent.
