I cannot recommend Ava enough! She made our home buying experience so easy and fun. We were first time home buyers and had no idea where to start. Ava was so organized and helpful. She truly could not have made our experience any better. Ava got us right in to see our now home right as it first hit the market, knew exactly what we should include in our offer to stand out to the sellers, and answered any questions we had along the way. Ava is a true professional and fantastic at what she does!

Our experience with Ava was amazing! Through the whole process she answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we knew everything before going into it and i truly loved her honesty! From one Tiktok video to the closing table, Ava was everything we needed in a realtor and more. She is communicative, understanding, and driven to provide for her clients. As a first time home buyers, my fiancé and I were nervous and had what felt like an endless list of questions. Ava made us feel more informed and understood at every moment. She was always available to take our questions or show us a home at the last minute! We would not be in the home we are in today without her, or her team! It feels like we got everything all in one with her- she has all the contacts and pull you need. We couldn't recommend her enough, and when we're ready to move into a new home we absolutely will be calling her again.

Ava is wonderful to work with. She will tell you not only what you may need to be aware of for inspections or your loan process but also knows the area. It was nice to ask about houses that we might consider and know that if she had any concerns she would be upfront about them. She isn't there just to sell a house, she is watching out for you as well. She knows the areas well and was always responsive and reassuring through the process. While we hope to be in our new home for a while, I know it isn't our final home and will certainly be reaching out to Ava when the time comes to move on to find another home.
