She mediated a price that was acceptable to all parties and saved the deal from collapse. Autumn's pleasant personality made all the difference meeting and engaging with the owner of the condo and thanks to her, I’ve developed a successful business relationship with him. Even after the closing, Autumn ensured that I had all the tenants information and passed on financial forms to them on my behalf so the transition went smoothly for everyone involved. It is not a cliche to say Autumn went “above and beyond”, it simply explains the outstanding job she did and how happy I am with the entire transaction.
