Rather than enlist the services of a realtor to assist with the purchase of my new home, I am so happy with my decision to make an appointment with the listing realtor of my house which, luckily for me, turned out to be Autumn :) She represented both me and the seller in the sale, and was open, honest and very fair to both parties in the transaction ...
