Austin was awesome. He was willing to work with our schedules and had a no give up attitude. He also listened to what we needed in a house and only show houses that would meet the need. Hopefully, if we look in the future, he will still be working. We would definitely use him again and have already recommended him to a few friends.

Austin is AMAZING! As a first time buyer, he went way above and beyond any expectations I had making sure I understood everything, what to expect, even catching things during the inspections. I was going to call the gas company to come and look for a gas leak after we smelled a strong sulfur smell, but Austin beat me to it and had them come out! A full month AFTER closing, I had an issue with one of the repairs that were done before closing and without me asking him to, he worked with the seller and negotiated a solution. I plan to recommend Austin to all of my friends and family for the rest of my life!
Austin is AWESOME! When we inspected the home before buying, he turned on the hot water on all the faucets to make sure the plumbing was good -- while we were there a strong sulfur smell became apparent. I was going to contact the gas company to be on the safe side, but Austin did it without being asked and had them come out and verify there weren't any leaks. After closing, there was an issue with some of the work done before closing and he worked with and negotiated with the seller on my behalf an entire month after the deal was done, all of this without being asked to do so! I will be recommending Austin to all of my friends and family!
