Austin is wonderful to work with!
Being ex-military, we have moved countless times, and therefore, we have a lot of experience purchasing homes over the years. Unfortunately, the process of buying a home during the current housing market is nothing less than discouraging. During this very competitive time, a buyer cannot help but feel anxious and stressed as multiple offers come in on the latest home you have your eye on. When you are competing against people willing to forgo inspections, 2 week closings, and offering tens of thousands above asking price, one can't help but question whether purchasing a home right now is really worth it? Luckily, during my search, Austin continuously kept a level head even when I was tempted to "join the crazy" to compete against others. I also appreciated his patience with me. I think I hold the record with the number of offers I submitted on various homes (no fault to Austin), and during this entire time he never swayed. As an individual purchasing a home, I leaned on Austin's experience when submitting any offers. I appreciated his insight on creating not only a competitive offer, but also an offer that I would still be happy with if this housing market ever dies down. My goal was to get away from increasing rental prices, but I didn't want to set myself up for failure by paying more than necessary for a home. Austin always kept this in mind even when I was tempted to throw caution to the wind and just go for it. Purchasing a home by yourself is nerve racking at best, but going through this process with Austin was rather enjoyable. He was always willing to meet to view my latest list of homes, which because of my crazy work schedule were often set up on short notice. If I ever decide to purchase another property, I would not hesitate to go through this experience again with Austin. I highly recommend working with him. He is down to earth, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer my crazy texts at all hours of the day.
