When we first decided to sell our home we reached out to an agent to get an idea of what kind of offer we can get for our house, and after receiving bad news we decided to get a second opinion. What I liked the most about working with Austin is that after our first meeting he came up with a plan, he walked us through it and then executed it just like he told us. When the house went on the market he stayed in constant contact updating us on all the viewings. After two days on the market he reviewed the offers with us and we ended up selling the house for over asking price. We are really happy with our decision of choosing Austin as our agent.
