Dean was excellent!

I wanted to sell my property but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to sell it “as is” or make some improvements before I sell it. After I’ve touched base with a couple of local realtors, I didn’t think these realtors were committed to my situation enough to be comfortable going forward. That’s when Dean stepped in. We discussed the two possible strategies and I’ve decided to make improvements to the property. During the almost one year it took me to make the necessary improvements, Dean was not only patient with the pace of the work but he frequently had suggestions as what was trending in the market to increase the resell value. Dean was patient, knowledgeable, hard worker and always available. I would not hesitate to use Dean again or suggest him to others. A big thanks to Dean for all his help!
