I moved from my condo in San Simeon to Kentucky in November. Audrey managed all the details needed to ensure condo was ready for sale and arranged for any issues required... locksmith to add self lock to garage door, cleaner to prepare for sale and to freshen up for new owners when sold, frequent Open House viewings... and she kept me informed of the current market trends and local market influencing my sale.
