The biggest thing is that Audrey provided us with guidance instead of telling us what we wanted to hear in order to proceed with a sale. She has an extremely calm demeanor and communicated well with us every step of the way. We never felt rushed or pressured at all. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the schools.
