We chose Audrey to sell our home as she is the agent who found our new home! Most of the time, when it comes to navigating real estate transactions, realtors can be part of the problem instead of the helpful solution. Audrey is not that way. She is kind, knowledgeable, helpful, communicative, and she looks at her clients as humans, not dollar signs. Audrey is one of very, very few realtors in the US that I have met who cared an iota about people. And she is the only one I have met who views commission as a nice bonus to helping folks navigate their real estate transactions. She's amazing and I am so thankful for all of her help with the sale of our home!

I can't say enough about how much we appreciate Audrey's dedication to finding us the perfect home. She basically held our hands as we went through the ups and downs of searching for a home.

The biggest thing is that Audrey provided us with guidance instead of telling us what we wanted to hear in order to proceed with a sale. She has an extremely calm demeanor and communicated well with us every step of the way. We never felt rushed or pressured at all. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the schools. Audrey has more patience than I thought possible. We probably looks at more houses than most people do. So much that I expected her to give up on us. Didn't happen. It was a pleasure working with her so much so that our son used her a few weeks later when he bought a house.

Audrey always went above and beyond with her efforts to sell my property. She had great professionalism and made sure everything was legal. Even when we had a few issues with the buyer she was always encouraging and assured me that she would work things our. And things did work out.
