My husband and I have been following Atom’s incredibly curated Instagram for years, drawn in by his impeccable mid-century modern aesthetic. Above and Beyond Service! I can't say enough amazing things about Atom. He truly made selling my beloved mid-century modern home quick and easy. It was very hard to let go of my Cliff May home and having someone like Atom who loves these homes as much as I do made the bittersweet process easier. He went above and beyond helping me with repairs since I was out of state. He met contractors at the house to let them in, sent me feedback on their services, and even made small repairs, cleaned windows, took gorgeous photos, and many more things himself to save me time and money. He hired furniture stagers to make the house look like a home, and the style was a perfect match. He communicated timely and thoroughly and is a true expert on everything mid-century modern. While other realtors low balled my house value he believed in the high value of my home and we got a full price offer within a week of it being on market, and it's been a tough market this year! I was lucky to call him a neighbor and friend for over a decade and now I can add amazing real estate broker to that list.

Atom is now considered family after helping guide us through our home-purchase adventure. After closing on our house, my wife and were really sad we weren't going to be texting him constantly haha. It became a constant daily thing. He became a close friend! No other realtor is more responsive or attentive...I am 100% confident of this. If you text him at 10pm with an anxious OR silly question, he responds immediately. Without even asking, he offered to help us with the various projects that needed done on our 1960's home AFTER the house was purchased (meeting with contractors etc.). He was our advocate, even to the point where it could possibly convince us not to buy a certain house! My last realtor was pushy and just wanted me to buy buy buy. But honesty and integrity and his clients well being is top priority for him. You can tell he's in this for the long run. His background in architecture is incredibly useful as well when looking at older houses! It helps when you're wondering if you can knock down this wall or that wall. His mid-century modern connections are extremely beneficial too - if you're looking into buying into that market (a big reason why we got our house was because of his connections!). Lastly, his knowledge of the real estate laws and how everything should proceed through the very stressful process - is literally astounding. If there was actually was a PHD in real estate, he would have it! Put simply. If you want someone that is extremely knowledgeable about real estate! Someone that has mid-century modern connections and insight! Someone that is responsive at the late hours in the night. And someone, that most importantly, cares about you and your families dream. Definitely choose Atom. We'll miss you Atom!!! Haha.

Atom helped us navigate move to Colorado from out of state and he was so helpful through the entire process!
