As a buyer who drove over 3hrs to look at homes, Athanasia did a wonderful job lining all home viewings withing 1 weekend. Her negotiating skills are above the rest, looks out for your best interest and most importantly protects your money. It was a real pleasure working with Athanasia. She truly understands and knows how to sell houses. She was extremely patient and eased the whole process. Professional photographer, well organized open houses, multiple offers and as a result, the house was sold over asking price. She made the process incredibly easy and her thorough knowledge, not only of general real estate, but of the local market made it a great pleasure throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend her to everyone who is looking to buy/sell a house. She's the best realtor with a great team around her.

If there’s one word to describe Athanasia, it’s “authentic”. From the first day I met her, I KNEW that my house will get sold at a good price. Keep in mind, the market as it is (as I write this), is/was not in the favor of the seller (me). And yet, she made it work like magic! She’s always solution oriented, and willing to do the right things to get the job done. She had open houses EVERY weekend, along with a broker’s event and showings during the week. A reputable photographer was arranged for post on sites like Zillow and Redfin. This goes without saying, that she had all the connections to make the house ready for “showtime”, in a way that mitigated heavy costs; just what was needed to attract the RIGHT buyer at the RIGHT price. In 11 weeks, I’m on my way into my new home. Even though she moves fast, she will never EVER make you feel uncomfortable beyond what you can handle. She’s personable, she listens, and will treat you well. I sincerely consider her my friend. So, while Athanasia had a baseline profitability goal that was achieved, she was able to get me into a new place the VERY same day I was to move out from the old place. In fact, she negotiated for me to stay an extra three days after close of sale. As she predicted and orchestrated, the day I moved out was the day I moved into my new home. Knowing my special circumstances of just losing my mom, having the fear of “squatters” or vandalizers invade the house for sale, along with my car needing repairs; Athanasia took it upon herself to make a very EXCEPTIONAL case to drive down to check out the property herself out of her busy schedule. It was extremely generous of her time and energy, that I do NOT want other clients to expect or ask of her. All clients should go see the property to purchase for yourself. She not only volunteered this task, she video taped several places and gave her candid, yet enthusiastic feedback on the one she thought was right for me. In addition, she was able to get me a price that was a good amount BELOW the “price tag” of the new place. While there was some miscommunication regarding the size of the place and what could and couldn’t fit, I think overall she once again went above and beyond the call of duty; from sale of my home into the purchase of my new home! You were there from start to finish, while NEVER wavering from your commitment! Thank you again, Athanasia!

I wasn’t expecting to buy a house, but last minute life events pushed me in the direction of needing to buy a house within 30 days. I wasn’t sure there would be anything on the market that interest me, or was in my price budget. However, after being introduced to Nancy Kiuftis, all of my worries seem to fade away. She was able to find me multiple listings within my price budget. I now i can say i am a first time home owner. Thank you so much Nancy for all your efforts. You made this a enjoyable experience :)
