Ateka guided me through the entire process of selling my condo and buying my new home, making everything feel manageable—even when it wasn’t. The market was competitive, but her expertise and honest advice helped us choose the best house for our needs. I always felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Selling my house with Ateka was a very pleasant experience, beginning with the pre-listing appointments. She explained the whole process,; what I could expect to get for my house and how she would conduct the showings during COVID. There was no pressure. She obviously knows the market and had done her homework. I signed 3 weeks later and she sprang into action. She brought me moving boxes, had beautiful photos taken and we went on the market Memorial Day weekend. After 26 showings and 9 offers I could view online, the sale was completed in 5 days for a price $150k over asking. She even threw a goodbye party for me and my neighbors.
