I really appreciate Astria's help. She works in a super fast pace wisely. She is very professional and seasonsed. I rejoice I took her advise picking my rental propery rather than my plan. You can feel the difference with other agents if you work with her.
Astria & Associates Realty is the best agent, advocate and advisor that I could have asked for. Astria Wong and her team of experts made selling my property hassle-free and enjoyable. Their great knowledge of the market and and strong advocacy for their client helped to position and price my property with the best appeal. They kept me abreast of every development in the sale process and provided invaluable advice at every decision point. My property sold for a great price in record time. Astria & Associates Realty is a no-brainer for all my future real estate needs.
Atria is a knowledgeable real estate professional. Also a good business person. The is thorough in her research and suggestions are always excellent. I would work with again any time.
Our experience with Astria was second to none. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, attentive, and follows up with all aspects of the selling process. She initially sat down with us, providing a packet with comps, pricing, and selling support information to ensure we were informed and comfortable with the process. She then guided us through the process, start to finish, with expert gloves. We are forever grateful and could not be happier with our house selling process, and outcome. Astria will make your house selling process comfortable in a very stressful time...guaranteed.
Astria hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
