Ashton was fantastic!! My wife and I were first time homebuyers and Ashton was a true professional, explaining even the littlest of homebuying questions we had. Ashton made our first home purchase as smooth as possible. He spent the time to get to know us both in terms of what we wanted/needed in a house and also on a personal level. He was very available for showings, sometimes last minute, whenever a house that fit our bill was on the market. And if he couldn't come with us to a showing, he had a network of others he would tap into to help out. Ashton was astute in pointing out potential issues in houses and making great recommendations. When we found houses to put offers on, he worked quickly and had azong communication with us to guide us through the process. And he was genuinely excited for us when we found our dream home and did all he could to make sure we got it. Even after securing the house, he was with us through all the little negotiations that took place after and knew someone for every inspection needed.
