Ashton was extremely professional throughout the entire process of selling my home, we got an offer only days after listing. Ashton was very knowledgeable about current market trends, proper ways to stage the house without having to hire a 3rd party, advise on what to fix up to add value to the home, etc. Responded to voicemail and texts in a timely manner. Once we received the offer, was very knowledgeable about the closing process and answered in a timely manner all my questions and or concerns. Kept me up to date on dates and times of the closing process and let me know if and when their were changes to those dates and times.
