Ashli did a great job making sure she understood our goals and objectives and then making recommendations to meet them. I cant say enough about the job Ashli did for us. We left the area prior to the house going under contract. Several times Ashli went way above the call of duty to assist us long distance. Ashli Allen was professional and patient during a stressful event. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the community of Viridian in Arlington, TX, look no further than Ashli Allen.

I can say hands down, the best experience in such a short amount of time. We had previously had an agent who did not help our sale of our home. We finally spoke to a friend who recommended Ashli Allen. We had lost hope in selling our home and being able to buy our dream home. Ashli came in with her feet hitting the ground running. With her, she gave us a sense of hope that we could sell our home with the short time we were given by our new home builder. Ashli did everything and anything. She never left us out the loop. We finally had an offer!!! The day the buyer was suppose to close, the buyer tried not closing on that day and the buyers underwriter messed up the contract. Ashli was burning the midnight oil and was able to havr the buyers paperwork finalized and had the buyers new closing time to happen the same day as our closing. All of our friends and family know how much she has done. I am truly grateful and will gladly refer her to any friend or family. Thank you Ashli!!!

I highly recommend Ashli as a listing agent. Her attention to detail, listing process including staging, excellent photographer, professional communication, and a very personable presence made our choice easy when looking at listing agents. I wanted someone knowledgeable and who I could trust. I have this and so much more with Ashli!
