She knows I am analytical and want all the detail, therefore, she was thorough and took extra time out to ensure I understand every step of the process. She was honest, truthful, knowledgeable and timely. Her attention to detail is something I admire. I am the same way and she made sure I understood every step of the process. I always felt I was supported and that she had my best interest in mind. Ashli goes above and beyond. She works all hours of everyday. I could call her at 4 am or 11 pm and she would answer.
