Ashley was very helpful in providing excellent guidance for me and my husband when we were looking for a house. We were new to Georgia, and were in need of someone with extensive knowledge of the area, and Ashley was certainly the person for that! We were always confident we were getting honest and reliable information throughout the home buying process. Months before our purchase, we worked with her to align our mortgage broker / approval with our house search so that we were positioned to make a strong offer when we found 'the one'. After only two days of looking, we submitted a strong but fair offer to purchase. Behind the scenes, she kept in constant contact with the seller's agent, and made sure that our lender provided constant updates on our loan commitment so that the seller was comfortable with our ability to close. She left a few tricks in her bag to get the deal closed - things that definitely allied the seller with us instead of institutional bidders with higher offers.
