Since we had time to spare Ashley impressed us with her quick access to properties near by and finished the day with SIX showings. ?? Five of six were great so we had no need to look any further. Day 6 - We put in an offer. Day 8- We were under contract and on Day 42 we closed and ended with keys in hand. ?? Ashley kept us fully informed throughout the whole process and gave excellent advice between the seller agent and our credit union.
