Ashley is AMAZING. A few things that really stand out about her:1) She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, whether you are a buyer or a seller. Ashley provided a wealth of insight for my situation, and always clearly explained pros/cons, as well as made awesome suggestions.2) Listened to my preferences! I didn’t even know what I preferred when I started my housing search, but as we looked at more properties, she picked up quickly on my patterns to learn what I gravitated towards. I really REALLY appreciated that.3) Punctual! Ashley was always at appointments before me. Always on time, always responsive, reliable, and really thorough with everything. That made the process feel so easy.4) Great network of people to help! Ashley knows the Utah market so well that she also knows a lot of other reliable contacts. For example, she put me in contact with a good handyman, my lender, and was even able to have her business partner let me into a house while she was out of town on vacation. I really think this is a crucial part of the real estate process, and as a client, it removes so much stress and worry. Lastly, Ashley is just all around strong, fun, and I’ll actually miss going to see houses with her!

Ash was the commensurate professional from start to finish. From the onset, she clearly articulated the process and what to expect. She was extremely detailed, and helped us refine what it was we were looking for in a house & location. In addition to clearly setting expectations throughout the process of buying & selling a house; she was patient and understanding as we went back & forth on houses or the timing of events. At no point did we ever feel pressure to buy any given house nor did we feel pressure to do anything we weren't comfortable with regards to the sale of the house. Ashley made my first time home buying experience so incredibly easy! You hear the stories, the fairy tales of how amazingly things worked out but to live it is a whole other world! Working with Ashley was such a privilege for me and my family. Top shelf professional, she has her finger on the pulse of the market, what’s happening today in the world and how it affects your daily life! Being through the process a couple of times you learn what questions to ask and she had an answer for everyone of them. I felt so comfortable to see her focus and concern was for me and my family. It’s priceless to have somebody in your corner putting you1st. Ashley worked to optimize our goals in an ongoing fashion that ultimately enhanced all that we could hope for. I never felt so comfortable with anybody where I had so much riding at that pivotal point in my life she made all the difference! My only regret is we’re moving out of state and won’t be able to take her with us!

After experiencing several lack luster performances from agents I formerly used I will definitely be using Ash as my point of my contact for all future real estate concerns. There wasn't really any request or issue that I threw at her that didn't get handled quickly and she displayed a wealth of knowledge about real estate that made me feel confident when I needed to make decisions. I'll just add as well that Ash displays a palpable kindness and empathy for others which really made an impact while we were navigating the current stressful marketplace. I can not recommend Ashley Rolfe enough. She might be the best at what she does I’ve ever seen. Saying she went above and beyond on the purchase of our home is an understatement. She wore many hats, from agent to educator to friend, and at one point, it’s fair to say therapist. Buying a home can be a stressful process. There were many hoops to jump through, some last second changes, and a stressful deadline that included an incredible amount of paperwork due in 30 days in order to close on our dream home. Ashley was clear, concise, professional, supportive, incredibly on top of it, and became a critical go to for all sides from our loan officer to our seller’s agent, to us. She was the rock through it all. She is sophisticated but down to earth, ambitious on your behalf, but grounded, and profoundly knowledgeable and well connected from everything to appraisers to loan officers to artisans for any work you may want done on a home. We absolutely fell in love with her and consider her a critical part of us fulfilling a major life goal and dream.

If you are looking to buy a house call Ashley immediately. Admittedly, I'm pretty indecisive and picky so I thought this was going to be quite the process. That was not the case at all - I contacted Ashley at the end of November 2021 and closed on a house mid January (even in this crazy market). Ashley also managed to find something that checked every box I gave her. It felt like I was her only client - which I know for a fact is not true. She was always available and was even sending me links to houses with her thoughts via text. You really don't feel like "just a client". Ashley is incredibly meticulous in the "due diligence" period - she pulls out all the stops, down to calling the city permitting office for things that were built 20+ years ago. She's not only concerned with what you're buying but also takes into account if you were to ever sell it (most people probably don't buy to sell immediately - but having that re-sale lens sure is nice). Ashley's knowledge base is huge. Whether it's neighborhoods, houses, loans, or just process in general you can expect a thorough and accurate answer to your question. She's also very honest and not hesitant at all to tell you when she sees red flags. Ashley made an anxiety inducing process super easy, and almost enjoyable even. I'm super grateful to have worked with her. Finally... I've never sold a house, but there is no doubt in my mind that I will work with Ashley if I do.
