Ashley did an amazing job. As a first-time home buyer, I was very nervous about the whole process and how the current housing market. Ashley answered any question that I had, gave me extra information on what to expect from each step in the process, and what actions I needed to take once my offer was accepted. She was comfortable negotiating the price I wanted and additional closing costs. She also listened to my concerns and explained the different options that I had to alleviate or minimize my concerns. My fiancee and I bought our first house with Ashley. We learned early on that having a good realtor was the most important step of buying a home for the first time. Ashley was the best realtor we could have asked for. She was recommended to us by a first-time homebuying expert, and it became clear pretty quickly that she was a step above other realtors in terms of local knowledge, connections, and all-around professionalism. She was good at communicating the right information at the right time without overwhelming us. It was obvious that she really wanted to find the home that was right for us; we never felt any pressure to pull the trigger on buying a home until it was one that ticked all our boxes. We felt that she put in very strong offers on our behalf, and we ended up with the right home at the right price. Her connections also helped us tremendously; I don't have the most straightforward income, and the home loan officer she works with, Chris Flitton, was still able to get us set up relatively seamlessly. We are very happy with our new home!

I cannot give enough praise about Ashley - but I’ll try to do her justice. She has been so knowledgeable, available, competent and attentive. We were first time home buyers and she explained everything in simple terms for us. I hardly had to ask questions, I swear she could just see the questions written on my face. There are not enough adjectives to express how wonderful of a job Ashley has done. Ashley help me buy my home in 2017 and then again helped me sell it five years later in 2022 (relocated for work). The housing market had started to take a steep decline due to rising rates but Ashley helped me remain calm and basically got me asking price. Not only is she knowledgable about the markets, but her personality and even-keeled demeanor make her the perfect individual to help any buyer or seller find/sell a home. Ashley's negotiation tactics are superb, I was able to walk away in both instances ecstatic. When I first purchased my home I was sad to learn I got outbid but several weeks later Ashley learned the deal fell through and contacted me immediately. When I sold my home she made sure I didn't give in to every demand from the buyer and made it comfortable for both sides of the contract. Lastly, I was in-between moves and had a newborn and she could not have made our lives easier. She shipped us items to Hawaii, watched over the house and got it sold while I was out of town. Ashley was phenomenal to work with in selling our home. She always kept us up to date on how the market was doing. She’s very knowledgeable and always gave us her advice and recommendations, but never pressured us to make decisions we weren’t comfortable with. Ashley’s expertise ensured we had realistic expectations while still feeling comfortable and confident. She also did a wonderful job with staging and photographing our home for the listing and showings, which was a great touch.

Ashley did an absolutely amazing job helping me through buying my first property. I honestly cannot give her and the experience enough praise, and I feel so lucky that she was my realtor. She went above and beyond to make sure I was seeing all listings within my price range and area, and she was always available when I needed her- which is so important in the current market and everything changes by the hour!She helped me through the process of making an offer and negotiating with the sellers (She actually got me the property for under the asking price and got the sellers to put on a new roof for me!). She was with me every step of the way and always made sure my questions were answered. She is very communicative and ensures you know and understand any deadlines in regard to due diligence and financing-- which I found tremendously valuable, there is a lot to do! I also have great things to say about the lender she recommended (shout out to City Wide loans! ) and the company used for the home inspection. Her team does not leave a single stone unturned. I would, without a doubt, recommend Ashley to anyone looking to buy a home! You will not get a better realtor than her- she is tough and works hard for you.

This realtor is honestly the BEST! She helped us get a great deal on a house, all the whole taking a very painstaking process and making it enjoyable.She showed the utmost professionalism and was very transparent about what's realistic and what's not. That being said, she never pushed us into a bad deal just to get the commission and stayed with us until we found the house we truly wanted.I cannot explain in words how great she is, all I'll add is that for anyone looking for a realtor, she's your woman!
