We quickly found the right home at the right price, offered a fare price for the home at market value. Inspections uncovered a few things that needed further inspection like the cracking stucco that might need a destructive inspection. Seller did not want to offer credit to the buyers for repairs, but Ashley was able to work a deal that worked for both parties and get us to closing.

Ashley was fantastic to work with and played an instrumental role in helping our family find the perfect home during our relocation. Our move happened so quickly, and we only had one weekend available to focus on house hunting before making the transition. We were uncertain if a planned community was the right fit for us, but Ashley took the time to thoroughly explain the advantages and disadvantages, helping us make an informed decision. After we identified approximately 15 homes we wanted to see, Ashley went above and beyond by coordinating viewings for all of them in a single day. Her organization, responsiveness, and dedication made what could have been a very stressful process feel manageable.

Ashley was great in helping us find our new home. We met her by chance at an open house and we knew we wanted to work with her when we were ready to seriously look. She is an excellent communicator (I never had to wonder where we were in the process), super friendly and very knowledgeable of the local market. As a Type A personality, I often feel like I have to manage other people in order to stay on track but I never felt that way with Ashley. She was so on top of everything. Her assistant, Hailey, was great as well. We had a wonderful experience working with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other house hunters!

Ashley truly went above and beyond for our family throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, she was an excellent communicator, extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and always there when we needed her. Moving from out of state comes with so many extra moving pieces, and she made the entire experience feel so much more manageable. One of the things we appreciated most was how much she helped us navigate the education side of our move. With our kids starting at a new school, finding the right area for our family was incredibly important to us, and Ashley understood that from day one. She was a wonderful resource and helped us feel confident in our decisions. I truly couldn’t imagine navigating an out-of-state move with anyone else by our side. Ashley wasn’t just our realtor; she genuinely cared about making this transition as smooth as possible for our entire family. I’ve already recommended her to a friend who is considering relocating to the area, and I will continue to recommend her to anyone we know looking to buy or sell. We are so grateful we found her!
