Ashley came highly recommended from a friend of mine, and having used her as my own listing agent, I can understand why. She is very welcoming, and she and her team are very responsive. Additionally, she helps maintain a sense of urgency, while still ensuring you receive top dollar when selling your home. In fact, my home was under contract within 5 days of going on the market, and I received more than the asking price. Not to mention, the closing was completed the following month. Selling a home can be stressful, given all the steps involved to get it on the market, but Ashley made the whole process so much less stressful. I highly recommend her, and her team.

Ashley was very responsive to the specific requirements I had for the purchase of my home. This included distance to schools, playgrounds, daycares, mass transit, and shopping.
