We listed our vacation home in Galveston and are very pleased with the support provided by Ashley and the entire team at GTX Realty. We chose Ashely after interviewing her from a small, select group of high performing realtors. She really knew the market. If I had one reservation it was a fear that our more modest home would not get the attention over some of the high-end properties that GTX markets. That concern quickly faded, once we awarded her the listing. From day one, she hit the ground running. Things like staging the home were challenging with us being remote. Ashley, rolled up her sleeves and did for us, even carrying furniture down the stairs. She also utilized social media marketing, producing a nice video to show the place outside of the normal real estate channels. GTX also has person assigned to keep us informed and on track with our responsibilities once we were under contract. We actually never met Ashley until closing day and trusted her to sell our home in a tough real estate market, we definitely made the right choice, just wish we had done it sooner.
