Ashley, rolled up her sleeves and did for us, even carrying furniture down the stairs. She also utilized social media marketing, producing a nice video to show the place outside of the normal real estate channels. GTX also has person assigned to keep us informed and on track with our responsibilities once we were under contract. We actually never met Ashley until closing day and trusted her to sell our home in a tough real estate market, we definitely made the right choice, just wish we had done it sooner.
