I told Ashley that I had always viewed realtors as necessary components of a home sale/purchase but a component that added little value to the process. People you paid money to so you could have access to their internet listing. Ashley is the first realtor we've known that added value to the process. Little things we would've never thought of like having the seller pay to have our new home professionally cleaned once they were out she added to our home purchase.
