Ashley Hernandez is a dedicated real estate professional, team leader, and founder for the Abilene location of Elite Real Estate Group, bringing over five years of industry expertise and a strong background in sales and business development. A multi-million-dollar producer, Ashley has helped 75+ families successfully buy and sell homes while navigating the real estate market with confidence. With a background in education and sales—including her experience as a former Zillow sales executive—Ashley leverages data-driven insights, market trends, and strategic marketing to guide clients toward informed decisions. She is especially passionate about working with first-time homebuyers, VA buyers, and investors, specializing in creative financing solutions and strategic problem-solving to help clients overcome challenging scenarios and achieve their goals. Beyond production, Ashley serves as a team leader and mentor, actively coaching other agents while overseeing daily operations as the Office Manager for Elite’s Abilene office. She is a graduate of the Abilene Leadership Program (Class of 2025) and was honored with the Rising Star Award by the Abilene Association of REALTORS® for her outstanding commitment to clients and excellence in the industry.
