Ashley knew exactly what we were looking for and notified us of the house we bought as soon as it hit the market!! I am sure we probably would have missed out on this opportunity if she had not thought of us and contacted us immediately. We got in to see the house the same evening that she told us about it and drew up the offer the next day!!
