Ashley handled all of the obstacles we came across in our home buying process with ease. There were many struggles we faced due to the current market that Ashley expertly guided us through. We were in contact with several realtors, give them our parameters, budget And explained it was going to be a little slower process, that we weren’t looking to buy immediately but definitely within the next 3 to 9 months. All three of the other realtors started strong and Communication became less and less over just a three week period. Ashley on the other hand Continued sending listings within our budget, not 50,000 or 70,000 over, when I would find a possible listing she answered text immediately, this went on for a few months. Once we put in an offer she was in constant communication, Not only with myself but the selling agent, my financing, the title company etc. to make things run smoothly. And to her credit, we purchased our next home Site unseen from halfway across the country and made us feel comfortable doing it! She’s the best!

My senior citizen parents unexpectedly had to move back to NY and I was faced with selling my parents condo in New Port Richey long distance. We sold the condo in two days with a great buyers and closed with no issue. Ashley was amazing and I would highly recommend her to any and all sellers and buyers.
