Both of them had such a good knowledge of their field that they had answers to most of our questions before we even knew to ask them, and the questions they didn't have answers ready for, they knew how to find answers for us. They came up with a slam dunk of a deal on our house as well because they wanted to make sure we could afford the place without issue. Ashley and Ann have been an incredible asset for my Wife and I and we could never have moved forward into homeownership without both of their help. They're an amazing team and we're going to be asking for their help any time we have future real estate needs!
