Buying a house is worked up to be an extremely scary process. Seriously, before I met Ashley, I thought buying a house was going to be a NIGHTMARE. I just happened to see one of Ashley's open house listings on Facebook, and I messaged her. I told her I had no idea what the process of even buying a house looked like, even though I had reached out to some other realtors who were just shoving listings at me without even telling me what a pre approval was. I told Ashley I didn't even know if it was possible for me to buy a home, and she talked to me anyways, even though she didn't know she would end up being my agent. The other agents I talked with definitely seemed like they just wanted to get paid, and while I understand that, I just wasn't feeling helped or seen as a first time homebuyer! Not only was I a first time home buyer, but I had a tricky situation. I had to buy a home in a certain budget, that fit the needs of my business, my mom, and my partner. Ashley literally held my hand SO patiently through talking with lenders and looking at EVERY route we could take to buy. She got us excited, and then when it was time, she put in aggressive offers (2), was honest about everything, and we ended up getting an offer on the perfect house accepted. It was an older home, but she had the best inspectors come in and make sure everything was sound quickly during our due diligence period. She handled so much stress for us when the sellers were a little bit rough around the edges, ultimately sealing the deal. EVERY step of the way Ashley was there with poise, knowledge, and ultimately an answer. Thank you Ashley for helping us find & secure the home that we know will be in our family for a long time!

Ashley Bushaw was GREAT! She is very friendly very patient, very knowledgeable and communicated with us through the entire buying process. 99.9% of the time she knew the answer to the questions we asked.
