I was very pleased with Ashley Berardi. I had planned on contacting a few other brokerages, but after I spoke with Ashley I decided that would not be necessary. She understood everything I needed and the concerns I had about conducting a sale without being able to be there in person. She was knowledgeable about selling property in the area which was very important for me. She assured me she had experience with the complexities of doing everything via telephone and email. She made all the arrangements, was always available if I had questions and concerns and ensured it all went much more smoothly than I had expected.
