Ashleigh Watson

Ashleigh was easy to communicate with and kept us in the loop about all the things that were going on. Ashleigh is knowledgeable and was able to talk us through some bumps in the road that we experienced. We are so grateful for her help and expertise.

Ashleigh was very professional, through, knowledgeable, kind, patient, respectful, quick to respond to all correspondence. I would recommend her to everyone interested in selling or buying a home.

We have used Ashleigh for several transactions and even referred family to her. She has been absolutely wonderful especially dealing with all of the craziness of the market and our schedules when viewing houses. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to communicate efficiently and effectively.

Ashleigh is wonderful! We told her what we were looking for and she didn’t stray away. We looked at many houses sometimes within an hours notice. With the market being so tough, I was very grateful that we had her on our side. She never kept us waiting, communication was always open and honest. She knew a lot about the area we wanted to buy in. She asked for feedback to get a better understanding of what we really wanted. The whole experience with her was amazing. I would give her 10 or 100 stars if I could. She kept communication with our lender, making things smoother. Without Ashleigh, I don’t think we would have ever found our dream home. She’s a gem! Thank you, Ashleigh! We appreciate you!

Ashleigh goes the extra mile and finds out all information that you request. She is very knowledgeable on all aspects on purchasing a house. One time she was on vacation. A house became available for myself to view. Ashleigh made arrangements with another agent in a Saturday to show me the house.

Ashleigh helped us buy our first home, being young and not really knowing what all we wanted, she was very patient with us! She gave us advice but did not force us into anything! She probably showed us over 25+ houses (or what it felt like) and she was always helpful! We recommend her to anyone! She made the process so much easier! We love her!
