Ashlee was superb in her skills as our realtor. She knew how to gauge the local real estate market dynamics and served at the discretion of us as seller. She was up front in advising us to provide us the best info for determining the asking price and how to negotiate for the best price in a realistic manner. We have been amazed by her skills and recommend her highly to anyone selling.

It takes a lot of dedication and organization to be a good Realtor(r) and Ashlee is 100% dedicated to getting the job done. Within an hour of me giving her the 'ok' to list my house, she had it listed posted on all of the popular digital real estate platforms and on social media. Within hours, we had an offer and within 4 days we were under contract. Knowing the sale doesn't end at contract signing, she continued to guide me with what would be coming next and giving me tips to stay ahead. Although the buyer's had their own agent, she offered assistance to them as well that saved them money (and didn't cost me any more). Ashlee had a wonderful, upbeat personality all the way to the closing table and I couldn't be happier with choosing her as my Realtor(r).

We met Ashlee through a prior client of hers. She came highly recommended, and for good reason. We looked at close to fifty properties over the course of a year & a half. Not once did I hear Ashlee complain or loose her drive to deliver. This professional always came prepared, providing us with a full briefing and written report on each property we looked at. In the middle of our search I needed a rental property on short notice. Of course Ashlee stepped to the plate to help, even though that wasn't part of her job. And while it took a while to find a house we liked enough to buy, it was our own "must have in this house" list that made us difficult to please. She was indeed a pleasure to spend time and do business with.
