Ashlee is an incredible realtor and person. I have know her for several years, but using her as a realtor has been nothing short of a good experience. Her team has experience in every facet of what is required in the industry and we couldn’t be more happy to have bought our first home with her. We were informed throughout the whole process and she was accessible whenever we needed her. I won't bore you with the nuances of my personal situation, but I had 45 days to select, agree to purchase, get approved, close, and move into a new house, or I was going to be effectively homeless. I initially started my journey to make the impossible happen with a different realtor who, after multiple attempts, could not even get me a counteroffer on a house in Palm Beach County, even after offering the asking price on a home he couldn't get me under contract. With less than a month to go, I reached out to a business contact I know and asked who his realtor is because he has purchased multiple high-dollar commercial and residential properties. Before I could even finish the question, with no hesitation at all, he screamed at me and said, "Ashlee!!" He said it like there was no doubt in his mind, just like I'm saying to you right now with NO DOUBT IN MY MIND that Ashlee is the ONLY REALTOR you should use if you're in South Florida and you need results. After a quick market analysis and needs assessment Ashee not only found me a house in one day, she also made an offer for me (that was accepted for $70,000 less than the asking price after harsh negotiations because Ashlee was not going to let me pay more than she thought I should pay) and also referred me to a broker who had me pre-approved at a better % rate than I had got myself already, saved me money on closing costs, and pulled this whole miracle off in less than 24 hours. The next couple of weeks, I coasted to a clean closing and now enjoy sitting by my pool sipping a cold one at my new house that I have free equity in because it appraised for more than the contract price. She's the one, ladies and gentlemen. Don't make the same mistake I made and think anyone will do because in a competitive market like South Florida, you need a PROFESSIONAL to take care of you and your home buying experience like Ashlee will, guaranteed.

Ashlee put me on a Drip to receive info about homes that would meet my needs. She constantly communicated with me to update and refine my needs. I found a property and she handled everything from wall through to closing. Her communication and professionalism is above and beyond.

In early May 2023 I decided to purchase a condo in South Florida. As a first time international buyer, I initially didn’t have real estate representation. Therefore I reviewed realtor.com for three purposes: 1) search and summarize suitable condos in preferred geography; 2) establish a budget and 3) source and hire an agent. I was fortunate that Ashlee was the listing agent for one of my short listed condos. Long story short, within two weeks of speaking to Ashlee, I flew to Florida. The next day I was picked up at my hotel by Ashlee and we toured multiple condos. The next couple of days were spent on second showings and negotiating on the preferred condo. By the end of the fourth day, with direct negotiations by Ashlee, I had purchased the condo of choice and equally important, within budget. Ashlee was attentive throughout the purchase process and equally exceptional “post purchase” with regards to the contract terms and conditions. Ashlee was instrumental in me hiring fully competent legal representation, cost effective condo insurance and obtaining condo board approval, each with over-riding time constraints. Ashlee even represented me on the “day before closing” walk-through, obtaining my keys and fobs and even ensured the thermostat was set at an appropriate setting because I’m one month away from flying back. That action in itself clearly demonstrates Ashlee’s superior “attention to detail”! I can be a difficult and demanding client but Ashlee never once lost her composure and in fact often brought well timed humor during difficult negotiations. Ashlee is much more than a “transactional real estate agent”. Ashlee patiently guided me to buying “the right condo, at the right price, at the right time”. I sincerely believe that if I had bought in four weeks instead of four days, Ashlee’s demeanour would have stayed steady. I’ve never given a review. Ever! However, I couldn’t be more proud that Ashlee is my first “review recipient”.
