Arthur was a joy to work with, very professional at all times. Arthur is very knowledgeable in selling property; rules, laws and regulations. His trademark to attention to detail and organization skills are impeccable, very creative in the MLS listing and the photos of the home were just stunning. The house was sold in the first week. Arthur was very patient and considerate of my feelings when it came to selling of my home. He always returned my phone calls or texted back. His tenacity is flawless; he worked very hard to put the home in the forefront of the local market.
