Hello, and thank you for taking a moment to read my bio! My name is Armando Padilla, and I’m proud to be a Southern California native, born at Santa Monica Hospital. I grew up in Los Angeles until my family made the move to Santa Clarita in 1984 — one of the best decisions my father ever made for us. I’ve called Santa Clarita home ever since, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. At 18, I jumped into the real estate world working in escrow, where I quickly learned the ins and outs of a transaction from start to finish. That experience gave me not only a solid foundation but also the chance to build lasting relationships with local realtors. By 2001, I was assisting a top-producing agent, sharpening my communication, time management, and sales skills under a great mentor. In 2002, I earned my real estate license, and by 2003, I spread my wings and started out on my own. Since 2009, I’ve been blessed to be part of the RE/MAX family, where I’ve built a reputation as a top-producing agent in both our community and industry. Residential real estate is more than just a career for me — it’s my passion. I truly enjoy helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals, guiding them through every step, and connecting the dots that make it all come together. I’m a natural problem-solver and firmly believe there’s always a solution waiting to be found.
