Armando, was incredible to work with. He is a professional, he quickly follows through on what he says he is going to do. He is very knowledgeable and worked RELENTLESSLY to help us sell our house. We had the perfect storm of obstacles to overcome. We inherited my Dad’s house and I live out of state. The pandemic was raging, and we had a tenant that refused to pay rent or move out that held up the sale for 18 months. The house almost went to a tax auction but Armando worked with the buyer to save the house and keep this from happening. If it wasn’t for Armando and his help, knowledge, negotiation skills, connections and his willingness to go above and beyond we would have never been able to sell our house. Armando has a high level of emotional intelligence and is skilled at reading people and situations. This helped a lot as he found creative solutions to problems during the sale of our house, during negotiations with the buyer, and when working with the tenants. He worked to try and find our tenants some options for a new place to live. I am very grateful to Armando for all that he has done for me and my family. He is very good at what he does. He is personable and easy to work with. His integrity and kindness really helped put me at ease throughout the sale of our house. Armando explained the process and the paperwork thoroughly, as well as what our options were. He worked to help us achieve our goals. Omg! So the home we sold is in a community where the HOA is insane strict and apparently on the back side when selling, there are like additional fees that may arise etc. Well when I was ready to flip my lid, Armando kept himself even and handled the HOA issues with the escrow himself. Renegotiated a transfer fee that was super expensive, and ended up finding me the home I wanted IN ANOTHER STATE! One resource for all is all i can say - Kim

If I could give Armando more stars, I would. Selecting Armando as our agent was the BEST decision ever. He was so professional, courteous, attentive, and all around fantastic. Armando is extremely passionate about his field and goes above and beyond to help others. My husband and I were first time home buyers. Naturally, we knew nothing and were a bit anxious about the entire thing. Armando made this transition SEAMLESS....a truly enjoyable experience.
