We first came upon her as a family looking for a rental for my granddaughter one year ago. No one was interested in helping us I saw her information on a for sale sign, and though it was a rental Only Arlene in her kind and sociable way went above and beyond. My granddaughter got her rental and this year we decided to purchase something for her. And guess who we thought of. She is a hard worker she has walked my family , (my daughter and granddaughter ). Arlene greatly helped us sell our home in Homestead. We only lived in Homestead for 11 months and due to certain circumstances we had to move back home, but with the help of Arlene we were able to sell our home for 40,000 more than our purchase price just eleven months prior. It was not without some hiccups and issues but Arlene's wisdom and knowledge of the business guided us through the whole process. We were able to sell our house 5,000 over asking!
