I first met Arlene back in early 2011 when my wife, daughter, and I were looking to purchase our 1st home. We were inexperienced and clueless as homebuyers, but Arlene was patient and was always available to answer our questions and/or concerns. She worked very hard and diligently to find a home for us. When we decided which home we wanted, Arlene went above and beyond in negotiating with the sellers and their realtor to get us a great deal. She succeeded! Fast forward to 2025. After my mother's passing, her home had to be sold. Luckily through my wife's good memory, we remembered our positive experience in the past with Arlene. My sister and I contacted Arlene. Just like in 2011, Arlene was always available to address our questions and/concerns. Her suggestions and guidance made the sell of my mother's house very quick. She also negotiated to get us a good price on my mother's house. She is very professional and dedicated to her clients. You can't go wrong with Arlene.
