I met Arlene Dizon through a mutual friend Professor Serita Taylor. Where to begin? 😃 First, I have to say that this is my 2nd time selling a house and my 3rd time purchasing a house. I know the process isn't easy. Arlene is very amazing at everything she does! She held our hand through this entire intimidating process. We downsized from a 4 bedroom 2,607 sqft 2-story House, to a 3 bedroom 1,718 sqft Single story dream Home!!! Wow! Arlene... this was scary with a family of 4. Awesome Job! She helped us in so many ways! She produced a professional awesome marketing video of our former house even with a drone filming it. We even had a bidding war on the house... I believe because of that! The difficulty of decluttering and letting go of material things that we no longer need was exhausting, and we had to get organized and donate alot. She helped us even with that with plenty of guides. She can also play hardball if needed because this is a tough industry. She's a Jack of all trades and Kudos to her Assistant! y'all are an amazing team!!! Y'all are my forever Friends!!!

This is our fifth home and our forever home. We found Arlene when we happened upon a home of interest through Zillow and were put in touch with her. She is not only a realtor but has been a mediator, psychologist, friend, and lover of our six fur babies. She has driven all over several counties looking for that forever home. We finally decided on a new build. She has been there through the many bumps up through the closing and beyond. She sold our home as well as being our agent for the new build. That’s a lot!
