Above and beyond!

Arlene far surpassed what any agent would do to sell our condo. She organized a remodel of the kitchen and bathroom because we were overseas. Also, there were some HOA issues that came up that stalled the sale, but Arlene found a lender who would lend even with the issues. I cannot recommend Arlene enough. Conscientious, thorough and great with communication.

An agent who works for you!

We were referred to Arlene through a non-Phoenix based Keller Williams agent. That agent took the time to find an experienced Phoenix-based agent who'd be willing to work with a client unfamiliar with the area with limited windows in which to view properties.
