Arisa is exceptional at what she does. She's thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and just an overall lovely person to work with. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a first home, investment property, and/or a unique find.
Arisa was absolutely amazing to work with. For starters, me and my buddy were first time homebuyers in our early 20's and work graveyard shift. So we had no idea what was going on, what to look for, and we are nocturnal and slow to respond in the daytime. She handled us perfectly. She seemed to know everything about what to look for in homes, prices based on area, quality and procedures of different housing companies, etc. She also was very flexible with dealing with us later in the evenings. Arisa was there to explain and cover every step we took along the way as well. She is also amazing at negotiating and essentially taking care of business for us. While professionalism is important and all, money is probably the biggest factor when buying a house. She was able to negotiate us $20,000 off of our house which was absolutely incredible! We practically dug up our closing check from change in the couch cushions. On top of that, she was able to ensure that our closing date stayed the same despite some last minute issues that came about. Overall I would rate her 5 stars. She never once led us astray or gave us bad information. We are now happily living in the house we had been planning on for years :)
